He added that Ukraine calls on all states and organizations to support the creation of a special tribunal "on the crime of aggression against Ukraine."
In July, Kuleba announced that he intended to ask the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, the European Commission, and the government of the Netherlands to create a special international tribunal for Russia.
According to him, he intends to offer to sign an appropriate international treaty.
