O'Connor noted that Biden's temperature, pulse and blood pressure remained within normal limits.

“He received a positive test result for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen this morning,” he said.

Biden will continue to work in isolation.

On August 1, the American president also received another positive test result for the coronavirus.

For the first time, Biden passed a positive test for a coronavirus infection on July 21, while on July 27 the test showed a negative result and the head of the United States announced his return to full-time work after suffering COVID-19.
