“I believe that Russia should continue to support Serbia, as it has supported for many years,” Tsekov stressed.

He added that what is happening now is the result of the policy of the West, which "illegally created a state entity - Kosovo, recognized it and stimulates further illegal actions."

“This will, of course, be on the conscience of Western European states and Americans,” Tsekov concluded.

On the evening of July 31, Serbian media reported that air raid sirens sounded in the northern part of the unrecognized Kosovo - residents of the border area announced about them, as well as shots.

Later it became known that the police of the unrecognized Kosovo closed the Brnjak checkpoint in the north of the province.

It was also reported that special forces of the police of the unrecognized Kosovo moved out of Pristina to the north of Kosovo and Metohija.
