The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai reported that it has succeeded in supplying the "Amer" centers with more than 1,000 nationals of national competencies in various fields of professional work, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership, and within its strategy aimed at investing in national competencies.

The Dubai Residency explained that the distinguished national competencies were distributed to 73 centers of "Amer", which are spread in various regions of the Emirate of Dubai.

The Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Lieutenant-General Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, said that the joining of more than 1,000 employees to the "Amer" centers is a remarkable success for the administration's experience with the private sector, as it adopted a qualitative strategy in the career empowerment path through continuous follow-up, coordination and supervision, with the aim of raising Quality performance and enhancing business efficiency by finding the necessary pioneering solutions to the problems and challenges facing investors and their employees, whether with regard to the number of working hours, salaries, vacations, or other challenges.

He stated that the establishment of Dubai adopts a pioneering and diversified role to ensure keeping pace with national trends and strategies in the process of investing in national human cadres, through successful partnerships with the private sector.

He stressed that the enrollment of 1,000 national cadres in the labor sector in the "Amer Centers" came as a result of the tireless efforts of the "Amer Centers Administration" in introducing the importance of this work, its advantages and the opportunities it offers to the young citizens to achieve more success and excellence and achieve ambitions.
