Full support, full assistance - both logistical and payments," Zelensky said in an address.
He added that the authorities only need the decision of the citizens themselves regarding this issue.
According to him, the residents have not yet made a final decision.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk said that the Ukrainian authorities plan to evacuate at least 220 thousand people from the part of the Donetsk region controlled by Kyiv before winter.
