According to him, at least four central quarters of Donetsk are littered with anti-personnel mines-petals, which scattered the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The city center is cordoned off, sappers are working on the spot, however, local residents come to the rescue.
They put massive objects near the found mines: pieces of brick, curb, bottles, boxes,” he said.
Earlier, the mayor of Donetsk, Aleksey Kulemzin, said that the Ukrainian military had strewn the city center with anti-personnel mines during the latest shelling.
On the evening of July 30, the DPR representative office in the JCCC already stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at Donetsk several times from the Hurricane with shells with anti-personnel mines.
