“The Investigative Committee of Russia initiated a criminal case on the fact of the shelling of the village of Lomakovka, Bryansk region,” the agency said in a Telegram message.
It is noted that the shelling was carried out by Ukrainian nationalists from mortars on July 30.
As a result of the shelling, a hangar, a store building, a recreation center, and several residential buildings were damaged.
Local residents were not hurt.
Earlier, investigators opened a criminal case on the shelling of a customs post in the Bryansk region by the Ukrainian military.
