China News Service, Beijing, July 29. On July 29, local time, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Tashkent.

Wang Yi refuted the false information that some countries concocted the so-called "forced labor" in Xinjiang.

Wang Yi said that recently, some countries have manipulated Xinjiang-related issues and concocted so-called "forced labor" false information, which is in essence an attempt to undermine the prosperity and stability of Xinjiang region and curb China's development and revitalization under the guise of human rights.

The people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang will never allow this, and the entire Chinese people will never agree to it.

Wang Yi said that the SCO countries are deeply hurt by the interference of foreign forces. We must learn from historical experience and oppose any attempt to interfere in other countries' internal affairs, create "color revolutions" and subvert legitimate regimes.

We should firmly support each other in following a development path that suits national conditions, support each other's major measures to maintain social stability, and jointly create a favorable environment for the development and revitalization of countries in the region.
