  • Events The accused of the deadly run over to a marriage in El Álamo declares that he was not driving the car

Two years ago

Antonio, alias

El Peke

,

28, and

his partner Jessica

, 27, were run over by a BMW in a brawl between two clans after celebrating a marriage proposal at a restaurant in El Álamo (Madrid). ).

And last night in

Vallecas

dozens of people demonstrated to demand justice, since in these two years up to three people have falsely accused themselves of the double crime and the only alleged perpetrator,

Jesús G.

, is on provisional release.

The alleged perpetrator of the

double homicide

was driving the vehicle in which three other people, still unidentified, were traveling.

The relatives demanded yesterday that the occupants of the car be discovered.

They pleaded for an end to the lies for which there are three people accused of a crime of cover-up.

The event occurred in the early hours of July 27, 2020, when the couple attended the proposal as a guest.

Due to the choice of music, a fight began that ended with several men from the two families hitting each other.

It was a pitched battle with flying chairs, shouting and cane blows.

Antonio, Jessica and

Lucía

, an 18-year-old girl, left the premises in a hurry.

A black BMW was thrown behind them, hitting

El Peke

's car , leaving it damaged.

He, his partner and Lucía got out of the vehicle, and that was when

the couple was run over and killed on the asphalt of the M-404.

Lucia was seriously injured

.

The investigators have been able to find out the reason why

two people accused themselves of the double hit

.

They were bribed by the alleged perpetrator with 4,000 euros that they had to give to a lawyer and with the promise of taking over a position as a stallholder at the festivals of various towns.

The day after the double crime, the

Navalcarnero Civil Guard

received a surprising call from a lawyer indicating that he was going to appear at the premises with a young man who acknowledged being the author of the death of

Jessy

and

El Peke

.

The lawyer is summoned to appear the next morning with his client in

Tres Cantos,

but the alleged culprit changes his mind at the last minute and

escapes with the 4,000 euros

.

The lawyer telephones the Civil Guard stating that this person is lost, and then goes to the barracks explaining that the young man has disappeared and does not answer his calls.

To the surprise of the agents, that same afternoon

another young Iranian

24 years old goes to the Civil Guard.

He says that he is the driver of the car that ran over the two deceased.

This is

Ali S.JS.

, a person in an irregular situation in Spain who helped the family of street vendors in exchange for shelter and tobacco.

However, the agents do not believe Ali because of his contradictions.

He was missing the truth and they rule out that he was even one of the four people who were traveling in the BMW that ran over the couple.

Three people arrested for covering up the fatal outrage of a marriage in El Álamo in 2020

Two days later, seven kilometers from

Navalcarnero

, the Civil Guard located the BMW.

It was hidden in a Mahou beer truck.

It had a dented front.

A witness had seen how they put the car in the truck and the driver left.

The Civil Guard immediately discovered that the car was in the name of Jesús G.

After nine months in hiding, the owner was arrested in March 2021.

With the main suspect in preventive detention, his 17-year-old son appears at the

Juvenile Prosecutor's Office

declaring that he was the one driving the vehicle.

His story is not credible and the inquiries against him are archived.

To further complicate this labyrinth of lies, a person appeared before the Civil Guard in October last year.

He admits that the main suspect gave him 4,000 euros to plead guilty.

He says that on the morning of the double crime he appeared in the caravan where the driver of the BMW was sleeping.

They endorsed their incrimination

of him and asked him to sit in the driver's seat to leave his prints.

The agents conclude that he was the missing person the day after the hit-and-run.

On July 11, the Navalcarnero judge

released Jesus on bail of 6,000 euros, the only one investigated for two crimes of homicide and another attempted.

He imposed a one kilometer restraining order on the families of the victims.

Rocío, the mother of

El Peke

,

said yesterday that she fears that Jesus will flee and not be judged.

"This was not a hit-and-run, it was murder," she noted.
