The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), denied the Israeli accusations that there are headquarters for military action among civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Abu Obeida, a spokesman for the brigades, said, "The allegations of the Israeli occupation regarding the existence of places for military action among civilians, and the circulated sites and coordinates in this regard, are pure lies and misinformation," according to a post on his account on Telegram Thursday.

Abu Obeida considered this a "miserable attempt to cover up his inability and failure in the face of the resistance," and added, "This is not strange to the criminal enemy, and it does not need a justification for targeting civilians, as its history is full of massacres based on lies against families, and civilian facilities such as homes, mosques, hospitals, universities and schools. ".

And the spokesman for the Israeli occupation army, Avichai Adraee, had posted on his Twitter account a short video that included accusations of Hamas and incitement against it.

Adraee appeared in the video, in his military uniform, and spoke of what he described as evidence of Hamas' use of Gaza residents as "human shields", with the help of aerial photographs and maps showing the "alleged targets" he spoke of.

In response to what Adraee said, Abu Ubaidah stressed that "the resistance is trustworthy in the blood of our people and is keen on their safety and security, and that the systematic and continuous policy of the enemy in spreading lies will not scratch this clear truth." Abu Ubaida vowed that the occupation would pay the price for any folly against the Palestinian people , according to him.
