Usually we tend to stop relating to routines during the summer, and sometimes training can also take a beating during the holiday season.

- If we stop training, the starting distance when we start again will be very long.

And then we need to start from scratch, says training profile Annika Sjöö.

She believes that we don't need to make training too difficult during the summer and we really don't need to think that we should do what we usually do.
