A 16-year-old boy is detained on suspicion of aggravated rape and sexual harassment, writes Göteborgs-Posten.
The boy is suspected of having assaulted and raped a woman in her 80s in her home in Ed, in the municipality of Dals-Ed.
It was the woman's husband who alerted the police after the assault last Thursday.
The woman injured her back and had to be taken to hospital.
The boy is being held on probable cause, which is the higher level of suspicion.
