[Explanation] Walking into a dessert shop in the Wuyi business district of Changsha, Hunan, you can see that Zhu Chenfeng and his two partners from Taipei, Taiwan are busy, enthusiastically introducing the items in the shop to the guests.

Zhu Chenfeng, who has a small and successful career, originally invested in real estate and two bakeries in Taiwan, but he still hopes to have more room for development. Because he is optimistic about the development opportunities in the mainland, he has the idea to expand his business in the mainland.

In early 2019, Zhu Chenfeng, who had inspected the market in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Guangzhou, was invited by a friend who was the general manager of a shopping mall to come to Changsha to look for business opportunities.

The market here in Changsha feels that there are more young people, and it is also the happiest city.

Because (when I came) Changsha happened to be in winter, it was raining every day, and it felt very cold at that time, and then why are so many people in Wuyi Square (shopping).

After watching it for about ten days, we returned to Taiwan, and when we returned to Taiwan, we decided to come to this place to open (shop).

[Explanation] Zhu Chenfeng told reporters that he and his partners Xu Shansen and Xu Shanfu would make desserts and had a better understanding of the dessert industry.

In June 2019, their first dessert shop opened in a shopping mall in Wuyi Square, Changsha.

Fresh ingredients, diverse product designs, and high-value appearance... make the desserts in the store quickly conquer the taste buds of the public.

Taking the ice products in the store as an example, the ingredients are taken from fresh fruits and milk, without any other additives.

In order to ensure the timely supply of ice products, Zhu Chenfeng and the others set up a factory in the north of Changsha City to make ice products with unique ice brick technology. The ice products produced in this way have both taste and quench thirst, and will not hurt the throat. Too much stimulation.

We mainly target female customers, girls are basically more difficult to refuse desserts.

Therefore, the direction we set at the beginning was to make the products look good, easy to photograph, easy to spread, delicious and healthy. Basically, the original taste of Taiwan, the sweetness has been slightly adjusted, and it is not so sweet.

[Explanation] Zhu Chenfeng introduced that the business was booming in just one month after the store opened, and there were more than 100 tables in the 72-square-meter store during peak hours.

Although the catering industry has been hit hard by the advent of the epidemic, in 2020, the mall took the initiative to reduce the rent for the storefront for two months, which also made him feel the temperature of Changsha.

Last year, the three of Zhu Chenfeng opened a new store with an area nearly twice the size of the first store. The business is stable at present, and it has become an internet celebrity store unknowingly.

The government here in Changsha is building an Internet celebrity city, like we are also a small Internet celebrity shop, and we are also taking advantage of the trend.

In fact, this place in Changsha has a lot of room for development in the future, so we also expect to develop well in this place in the future.

[Explanation] After coming to the mainland to start a business for three years, the desserts of Zhu Chenfeng and the three gave Changsha a crystal clear "sweet".

This city that dares to be the first has also made these three Taiwanese young people fall in love with the "spicy" here.

They said that they hope to open one or two new stores every year in the future to develop together with the "Internet celebrity" Changsha.

The three will stay in Hunan all the time, and let their family and friends come to the mainland to look for more opportunities for development.
