If a forest fire were to break out, the emergency services in Kronoberg have the opportunity to bring in farmers as a resource in the extinguishing work.

Farmer Stefan Runesson has never responded to any fires himself, but is well prepared if that were to happen.
During the spring, he and other farmers have had to attend leadership training.
- Among other things, we got to learn how the fire behaves in different soil types and see what resources MSB has with it in its containers.
But mostly it was about how we should behave in an emergency, says Stefan Runesson.
What happens if you are summoned?
