The Municipal Police of Madrid have arrested
a 42-year-old driver of
a VTC vehicle (vehicle rental with driver) as the alleged perpetrator of sexual abuse of a passenger, who had to get out of the car while the man was driving under the effects of cocaine and opiates.
The events occurred at dawn last Monday in the streets of the capital,
where several witnesses could see a woman asking for help from inside a VTC vehicle,
sources from the local body have informed Efe.
According to the victim, the driver of the car had touched him from his seat, all while driving.
The woman opened the car door and got out in gear at the attitude of the worker.
Several
agents from the Comprehensive Retirement District Unit
went to the scene, where the victim told them that she had been the victim of abuse and provided information to locate the driver.
Shortly after the car was intercepted by the police.
The agents of the Judicial Traffic Police gave the driver a drug test, which was positive for cocaine and opiates.
Given the seriousness of the facts,
he was arrested for a crime of sexual abuse
and another of driving under the influence of narcotic substances, being turned over to the National Police.
