“Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, dressed in Russian uniforms with St. George ribbons, defiantly robbed private homes and used physical violence against civilians, and specialists in the information and psychological operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out photo and video filming of “acts of looting” allegedly committed by the Russian Armed Forces,” noted in the Ministry of Defense.
The departments warned that the fake Kyiv authorities plan to widely disseminate in Ukrainian and Western media.
