“Education” opens registration for the “EMSAT” test

The Ministry of Education announced the opening of registration for the Emirates Standard Test "EMSAT", the category of "Achievement", in the first sessions of this year, which will be held on the second of next August.

The test targets five categories, including university, institute and college students, master's and doctoral students, those wishing to obtain a job, those wishing to obtain a promotion, and national service graduates wishing to enroll in universities.

The ministry has set five other dates for submitting the test on August 16, September 6, October 11 and 25, and December 12.

And “Enjaz” is a test that measures the skills and concepts necessary for testers in various subjects, including English, mathematics, Arabic, physics, biology, chemistry, and computer science, according to the requirements of the employer, with the aim of ensuring that students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for effective participation in society. knowledge economics.

The Ministry holds four test sessions, from which the applicant can choose the time that suits him, the first starts at eight in the morning and continues until ten thirty, and from 11 until 1:30 in the afternoon, and from the second until 4:30 in the afternoon, and from five until 7:30 in the evening.

The importance of the test is to assess the knowledge and skills of candidates in the transitional stages after general education and the transition to higher education, and is used for the purposes of university admissions, evaluating the effectiveness of school performance and the quality of the public education system, making the necessary decisions for improvement, and providing decision makers with information about the skills that students acquire at their levels. different academic institutions, collecting accurate data about students’ knowledge and skills in academic subjects and across different academic stages in light of national standards, assisting students in determining the appropriate educational paths for them, and determining the level of students’ performance nationally and globally.

The Ministry stressed the need to provide a negative test result for the “Covid-19” virus to perform the test at the test center for a maximum period of two weeks from the date of performing the nasal swab examination (PCR), provided that the result is provided through the “Al-Hosn” or “SEHA” application.

In the event of a positive result, it must be ensured that two consecutive negative results are provided for the examination before performing the test.

The Department of National Tests and the Emirates Standard Test “EMSAT” had announced the addition of 124 centers, in line with the vision of the Ministry of Education to develop services provided to students and support target groups, bringing the number of centers at the end of this May to 214 centers across the country, an increase of 14,000 One seat per test day.

The student submits the test electronically through the system, when registration is opened for the various sessions, based on the approved agenda, in addition to the service of re-registration in the Emirates Standard Test after 60 days have passed from the date of submitting the previous test.
