  According to statistics, the number of college graduates in 2022 is expected to be 10.76 million, an increase of 1.67 million year-on-year, and both scale and increment hit a record high.

Promoting the employment of college graduates has become the top priority of stabilizing employment.

  Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a special deployment meeting for state-owned and central enterprises to promote the employment of college graduates.

The meeting demanded that the number of college graduates recruited by state-owned and state-owned enterprises this year should increase more than last year.

  In this year’s recruitment season, the website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has opened a special column for “2022 Central Enterprise Campus Recruitment”. As of June 24, a total of 47 central enterprises’ campus recruitment information has been released, providing 23,000 jobs and recruiting 140,000 people.

  The Beijing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has comprehensively upgraded the “Beijing Enterprise Direct Employment” recruitment platform, bringing together nearly 500 municipal state-owned enterprises and providing more than 2,000 campus and social recruitment positions.

Tianjin State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has created an online public welfare platform called "State-owned Enterprise Talents". Since its launch, it has brought together 185 companies, released a total of 4,090 job postings, and received 9,172 resumes.

The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zhejiang Province held a special job fair for college graduates from state-owned enterprises. 228 state-owned enterprises from provinces, cities and counties participated, providing more than 2,200 positions. On-site reception of 6,030 graduates from more than 20 colleges and universities in the province reached preliminary intentions with 1,153 people. .

  Dongfang Electric Group has carried out differentiated talent needs sorting, and sorted out campus recruitment needs by company, school and post. The recruitment plan in 2022 will increase by about 68% compared with 2020; China FAW has newly tapped 110 jobs. In the annual recruitment work, a total of more than 3,700 college graduates have signed contracts, an increase of 37% compared with 2021.

  The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council also requires that central enterprises and local SASACs should coordinate the recruitment of domestic college graduates and returning students, not to dismiss graduates who did not arrive at the prescribed time due to epidemic prevention and control, and not to reduce the number of graduates who have signed contracts. The starting salary standard, there must be no employment discrimination, so that employed students can eat "reassurance".
