His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, met yesterday with a number of UAE students studying at universities and institutes in the French Republic.
During the meeting, in which Minister of State for Youth Affairs Shamma bint Suhail bin Faris Al Mazrouei participated, His Highness was introduced to the students' specializations and their academic status.
He also urged them to achieve excellence and success in their scientific career in order to contribute with the rest of their fellow students in strengthening the nation's march and renaissance.
His Highness, the President of the State, stressed the importance of the role played by UAE students studying abroad, as they are ambassadors for their country, and a bridge for communication and transfer of the civilized image of their country to other peoples, and to highlight the values of tolerance, coexistence and communication among the people of the UAE.
His Highness expressed his happiness and pride in meeting the students, getting to know them, and being reassured about their conditions, stressing that all UAE students, whether outside or inside the country, are the focus of the state leadership, which is keen to provide various ways and means that help them strive and persevere to achieve their goals in obtaining Scientific knowledge and high academic levels.
For their part, the students of the Emirates expressed their happiness and pride in meeting His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, pledging His Highness that they will live up to the expectations of the country's leadership in their educational attainment, reaching the highest academic and academic degrees to continue the march of progress in the country.
