Ali Khamenei noted that the West categorically opposes a strong Russia, and also called for vigilance in connection with the deceptive actions of Western countries.

Earlier, Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko noted that the special military operation in Ukraine is being implemented according to plan, clearly and consistently.
