Earlier, on Channel One, Kiselyov said that Seversk was under the control of the LNR forces.

On July 15, Andrey Marochko, an officer of the People's Militia of the LPR, reported that almost all the escape routes of Ukrainian troops from the cities of Soledar and Seversk were in the zone of fire damage.
