RIA Novosti: a Ukrainian was detained in the Kherson region after the discovery of a cache of weapons

“Russian law enforcement agencies detained a citizen of Ukraine, one of the participants in the Kherson territorial defense, who organized a cache of small arms and ammunition in the forest area of ​​the Golopristansky district of the Kherson region,” the agency was told.

According to reports, the weapons were intended for a sabotage and reconnaissance group and were distributed among the residents.

As Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration, said earlier, the Kherson region will continue its course towards integration with Russia, regardless of the EU's position and the union's refusal to recognize Russian passports issued in the region.
