Investigative Committee opened a case due to the loss of a helicopter in Kamchatka

“After the loss of the Robinson helicopter ... a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art.

263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport, which negligently resulted in the death of two or more persons), ”the statement says.

Earlier it was reported that the Kamchatka transport prosecutor's office began an investigation in connection with the loss of a Robinson helicopter with people on board.
