Ing-Marie Wieselgren was chief physician in psychiatry and worked as a psychiatric coordinator in Sweden's municipalities and regions (SKR).
She was in Almedalen in Visby to participate in several seminars, and was when she was stabbed at Donner's place on the way from one conversation to another.
- She was an incredibly energizing person who put on a lot of knowledge, says Staffan Isling, CEO of SKR.
"Hard to understand that it was well thought out"
During Almedalen Week, a number of people from SKR were present.
When they heard that something had happened, they quickly started looking for each other to get an idea of where their co-workers were - it quickly became clear that Ing-Marie was missing and that she had been killed.
How did your thoughts go when you realized she was missing?
- It was inconceivable.
At first it was almost hoped that she was just unlucky, but then it turned out that the killer was after her.
It is difficult to understand that this was actually well thought out, says Isling.
SKR also states that they have not been aware of any current threat against Ing-Marie and Säpo has stated that there has been no increased threat against SKR since the act was branded terrorist.
"She came with hope"
During the past year, Ing-Marie Wieselgren worked actively with a new form of network where she wanted the whole society to get involved in the issue of mental health.
Just before she passed away, more than 100 companies and associations had joined the network.
What is she leaving behind?
- I think she leaves behind a lot of people who think she enriched their knowledge and experience with her way of being.
I hope that her spirit can rest on us for many years to come, because it was very wise and gave hope that it is possible to change her life situation.
I miss her terribly, he says.
