The law establishes that the Main Directorate of Special Programs of the President of Russia (GUSP) can prevent the presence of unmanned aerial vehicles in Russian airspace for the purpose of protection, including by suppressing or converting remote control signals, as well as destroying unmanned aerial vehicles.
Earlier, Putin signed a law equating to treason going over to the side of the enemy in the context of hostilities.
