Russian military strikes again with missiles on Ukrainian civilian facilities.

Ukrainian officials say 21 civilians have been killed and more than 100 injured in the strike.

All the windows of the 9-story building were destroyed in the bombing, and vehicles parked in front of the building were burned to the point of being unrecognizable.



The Russian military missile strike took place on an office complex in Vinnitsa, a city in central western Ukraine, and a residential building nearby, around 11 am local time yesterday.



Authorities said 21 civilians were killed, including three children.



The death toll could rise further as more than 100 civilians were seriously injured in the attack and are being treated in hospitals.



At least 43 people, including the Ukrainian Interior Minister, are missing, some are being treated in hospitals, and some are believed to have died.

The Russian military has not taken any position on the attack, but a representative of the Russian state broadcaster RT said that the Russian military had attacked the building where the Ukrainian Nazi forces were staying.
