“The bills submitted to the plenary session of the State Duma on July 15 are not subject to mandatory consideration by the Federation Council,” Volodin was quoted as saying on the Telegram channel of the lower house of parliament.
It is noted that Volodin discussed these bills with the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko.
Earlier, Volodin said that State Duma deputies on July 15 at an extraordinary plenary session would consider initiatives to support Russians and the Russian economy.
