Pushilin commented on the timing of the execution of the sentence to foreign mercenaries

“The legislation of the DPR does not provide for the establishment of a specific date for execution.

Here, the executive service is guided by its internal decisions, ”RIA Novosti quotes Pushilin.

According to him, the execution of the sentence will be non-public and not subject to publicity.

Earlier it was reported that a decision on the appeals of foreign mercenaries sentenced to death by the court of the Donetsk People's Republic would be made within a month.

On June 9, a court in the Donetsk People's Republic issued death sentences to British citizens Sean Pinner and Aiden Eslin, as well as Saadun Brahim, who fought on the side of Ukraine.

According to Pushilin, the implementation of the death penalty in the DPR is provided for by execution.
