A terrible accident kills 5 and injures another in Ras Al Khaimah
Five people died and a sixth, all of them of Arab nationality, was seriously injured in a terrible traffic accident that took place this afternoon on the Emirates Ring Road in the direction of outside Ras Al Khaimah.
In the details, Ras Al Khaimah Police reported that the accident occurred when the vehicle in which the six people were traveling swerved while traveling on the Emirates Ring Road to a direction outside the emirate, and collided with a heavy truck, which resulted in the death of five people and the injury of the sixth seriously.
She explained that as soon as the operations room received the report, Ras Al Khaimah police patrols and national ambulances were dispatched to the place, and the body of the deceased was transferred, while the injured was transferred by a helicopter belonging to the Air Wing of the Ministry of Interior to a hospital in the emirate, while the relevant traffic authorities took over the accident file to take the necessary action, determine its circumstances and complete the incident.
