The Mataró guard court ordered provisional detention for the night watchman of a beach bar on the Varador de Mataró beach for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor last morning.
The suspect allegedly took advantage of the fact that the premises were closed to the public at dawn to threaten the victim and rape her, according to police sources.
Shortly after, the minor denounced the suspect before the Mossos d'Esquadra, who came to arrest him.
Hours later, the court ordered preventive detention.
As reported by tvmataró, the aggressor took advantage of the fact that the 17-year-old victim was not feeling well to sexually assault her in the premises, since she is in charge of night watchmanship and at that time it was empty.
