China News Service, July 11. According to the website of the Macao SAR government, the Macao New Coronavirus Infection Response Coordination Center (hereinafter referred to as the Response Coordination Center) stated that the seventh round of national nucleic acid testing began at 9:00 a.m. on the 10th and ended on the 11th. At 8:00 a.m., 459,818 people had been sampled, of which 408,290 had test results and were negative; a total of 12 mixed samples were positive.

At present, further tests have been arranged for the persons involved in the mixed positive samples, and the tests are still in progress.

Due to the community spread of the epidemic in Macao, the Response and Coordination Center calls on the public to respond actively, make an appointment as soon as possible to complete the national inspection as soon as possible, and timely detect risks and hidden confirmed cases, so as to block and prevent the spread of the virus in the community.

There is no exemption period for the 7th round of national nucleic acid testing in Macau. Those in Macau who have not been sampled after 6 p.m. on the 11th will have their Macau health code turned into a yellow code.

According to relevant regulations, residents with yellow codes may be refused entry to public places, unable to take public transportation and unable to leave the country, and be sent to designated places for testing, and wait in place until the nucleic acid test result is negative before leaving. Those who refuse the test must Accept medical observation at the designated location on the 14th.
