A motorist called for help after being shot overnight from Friday to Saturday on the A7 motorway in Isère.
After being targeted, he stopped at the Chanas toll (Isère).
Hit by a bullet in the ankle, he was taken care of by firefighters and taken to hospital, reports

The shot was reportedly fired by another motorist.
Around 3:30 am, the victim would have indeed driven in a way that did not please another user of the motorway.
Immediately after, the first driver heard a loud sound and felt pain in his ankle.
He then found that he was bleeding.

Several men were in the white vehicle from which the shot came.
The victim, originally from the east of France, was going on vacation to the south of the country with his family.
