The General President of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, confirmed in statements to the Emirates News Agency "WAM" that the plan in its first phase, which was based on a number of operational axes aimed at serving the pilgrims at the highest levels, has achieved its set goals.

He attributed the success of the first phase of the plan to the fruitful cooperation with all parties working to serve the pilgrims, which provided a safe and healthy environment in the Two Holy Mosques to serve pilgrims, highlight the bright global image of the Two Holy Mosques, and demonstrate the values ​​of Islam and the approach of moderation and moderation.

He also announced the success of the project of simultaneous translation of the sermon of Arafa in fourteen international languages, achieving more than 200 million beneficiaries around the world, for the first time in the history of the project. On the other hand, Sheikh Al-Sudais supervised the management and management of crowd movement, grouping plans, the flow of the courtyard, entry and exit points, all engineering, service and guidance systems, guidance screens, and digital boards, to facilitate pilgrims to perform Tawaf al-Ifadah at the Grand Mosque and to provide them with distinguished services.

Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais stressed the need to work hard and diligently to serve the pilgrims, stressing the presidency’s endeavor to provide services to the pilgrims according to high standards and quality for the pilgrims.

Sheikh Al-Sudais had announced the formation of the Business Governance and Impact Measurement Committee for the Hajj season, headed by the Under-Secretary General for Governance and Legal Affairs, Dr. Abdulwahab Al-Rasini.

And the General Presidency, in cooperation with the concerned authorities, organized the entry of pilgrims to the Great Mosque of Mecca in accordance with a precise organization and arrangement that took into account the highest levels of perfection.

In a related context, the Agency for Guiding and Guiding Affairs of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques represented by the General Administration of Qurans and Books presented many works and services related to serving the Book of God - Almighty - and distributing it during the Hajj season 1443 AH.

These works and services included supplying the shelves and cupboards of the Qur’an in the Grand Mosque since the beginning of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, with more than 80,000 copies of the Holy Book of God, from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an, in addition to distributing more than 100,000 copies to the pilgrims of the Holy House, various sizes.

Within the tasks entrusted to it, the General Administration of the Qur’an and Books places the Qur’an in the places designated for it, to make it easier for visitors to the Grand Mosque to benefit from them, during the Hajj season, in addition to allocating sites and wheels for the electronic Qur’an of the Two Holy Mosques, Braille copies for the blind, and copies of the translations of the meanings of the words of the Noble Qur’an, in several languages, the most important of which are /English, Urdu and Indonesian/, inside the chapels for the elderly and people with disabilities.

The Braille Qur’an for the blind is characterized by the ease of reading the Holy Qur’an and contemplating its verses, and converting fixed Braille letters into movable ones, which are formed electronically according to the verses of the Holy Qur’an, Arabic letters, and the page with its conformity to the Qur’an of the King Fahd Complex and its output in a design that helps the blind access pages, surahs and parts quickly and easily And provide the full text of the Holy Quran, Arabic letters and the page.

For its part, the Agency for Engineering Projects and Studies at the General Presidency for the Two Holy Mosques represented by the General Administration of Survey and Geographical Information Systems distributed the spatial guidance guide for the Grand Mosque to the pilgrims coming to perform Tawaf al-Ifadah, in 5 international languages: / Arabic - English - Urdu - French - Indonesian.

The "Spatial Guidance Guide for the Grand Mosque" contributes to clarifying all the services provided to the pilgrims in the Grand Mosque, such as the locations of toilets, cart distribution headquarters, health centers locations, guidance offices, lost and lost offices and others.

The "General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques" had launched last month the largest operational plan for the Hajj season after the Corona pandemic, with a variety of digital services, the introduction of modern technologies, smart applications, navigational systems, automated robots and electronic Braille Quran to enable the pilgrims and facilitate the performance of their rituals, and the translation of all the services of the Two Holy Mosques and lessons. Scientific and orientation lectures into 10 live languages ​​through the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Interpretation Project and the Arafa Sermon Translation Project, in addition to providing more than 400,000 volunteer hours for the sons and daughters of the Kingdom in 10 different fields specialized in serving the pilgrims.

As part of the plan, the Presidency provided more than 1,800 electric carts for pilgrims, elderly and people with disabilities, that can be booked in advance through the Naqwala application, to ensure ease of movement and smoothness in the end, which is allocated to the carts and the endeavor.

It also launched the "Service of Pilgrims and Visitors" campaign, a badge of pride for us in its tenth year, under the slogan "Quality and leadership in good guidance, excellence of patronage and generosity of delegation", to motivate employees of the presidency and its affiliates to compete in the service of God's delegation.
