“Two artillery platoons of 152-mm Giacint-B howitzers were also destroyed at firing positions near the Novgorodskaya settlement of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
On July 10, the Ministry of Defense reported that up to 100 Ukrainian military personnel, more than 1,000 shells for M777 howitzers and about 700 shells for the Grad missile launcher were destroyed as a result of a strike on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Slovyansk.
The army also attacked hangars with American M777 howitzers hidden in them, from which residential areas of Donetsk were shelled.
