The shortage of staff is greater than ever, and it is noticeable.

- We are completely dependent on our loyal staff who come back every summer and work, says Wendy Dobbie.

New graduates say no

This summer, the restaurant is forced to have limited opening hours because they have not gathered enough staff.

This is despite the fact that Västervik has restaurant educations with many who want to work in Västervik.

- The problem is that everyone gets a permanent job full time immediately after the education, then they are not interested in a summer job, she says.
