At least 18 people have been killed and around 40 are missing after a Russian missile strike burned down a "busy" shopping center in Kremenchuk, central Ukraine, on Monday (June 27th).

An event that immediately provoked the ire of the international community: French President Emmanuel Macron denounced an "absolute horror" while all the leaders of the G7 described this attack as a "war crime".

The strike shows "the cruelty and barbarism" of Vladimir Putin, assured Boris Johnson.

The Algerian cartoonist Dilem also wanted to denounce the actions of Vladimir Putin.

It presents the Russian president as a butcher, facing the grim reaper, the symbol of death.

A single sentence of dialogue: Vladimir, at your service!

The message is clear.
