It is clarified that after receiving secondary vocational education or higher education, persons with disabilities will be able to re-receive vocational education of the appropriate level in another profession or direction free of charge.
The law will come into force on September 1, 2022.
Earlier, the State Duma proposed to give orphans, disabled children and some other privileged categories a preferential right to enroll in colleges and technical schools, subject to passing entrance exams.
