waste outside the places intended for garbage, a fine is imposed for citizens from 10 to 15 thousand rubles, for officials - from 20 to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
Repeated offense carries a double fine with confiscation of the vehicle.
It also establishes enhanced liability for these actions committed using trucks, trailers, tractors and other self-propelled vehicles.
Fines are provided for citizens from 40 to 50 thousand rubles, for officials - from 60 to 80 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 100 to 120 thousand rubles.
Earlier, the State Duma adopted a law on fines of up to 200 thousand rubles for garbage thrown out of the car.
