Playing sports on vacation does not always require sophisticated and bulky equipment.

There are many small objects, transportable in a suitcase, which allow you to maintain your physical condition in the sun.

Guest of the show "Bienfait pour vous", columnist Akim Ben Mzakar delivers his top 3.

Take sports equipment on vacation without having to bother.

An equation a priori difficult, but it is possible to solve.

This Friday, in the program

Bienfait pour vous

on Europe 1, the sports columnist Akim Ben Mzakar draws up a top 3 of easily transportable objects and which offer the possibility of talking at his vacation spot.

First, Akim Ben Mzakar talks about the TRX.

These are the suspension straps that can be hung just about anywhere, around a tree or above a door.

"With your body weight, you will be able to perform pull-ups, work your abs, your glutes, the back, in short all parts of the body", he develops.

Resistance bands to replace dumbbells

An object of barely 400 grams and very small in size that will be discreet in a loaded suitcase.

The price is also attractive since it starts at only 19.90 euros.

"For professionals and the most seasoned, it can go up to 200 euros", however concedes Akim Ben Mzakar.

Then move on to the resistance bands.

They allow, in a way, to replace the dumbbells.

“You will simply create resistance with this rope. There are several hooks inside and you have to position your hand, your feet, whatever,” he describes.

Enough to build biceps, triceps, but also thighs and calves.

"With a band, you can choose several resistances. And depending on the color you choose, you will increase the resistance", explains Akim Ben Mzakar.

In terms of price, this accessory starts at 5 euros, but rarely exceeds twenty euros, including for the highest resistance.

The traditional skipping rope

Finally, the third object is certainly the best known.

It is, quite simply, the good old jump rope, acclaimed by children, but which turns out to be devilishly effective, including for adults.

"It's very complete. What could be better than the jump rope to work on cardio?" asks Akim Ben Mzakar.

The columnist even suggests his "weighted" version.

"It's a jump rope that weighs four, five, six kilos. It's a little heavier, yes, but it will put a little more strain on your shoulders and your cardio," he argues.

How to use it effectively remains to be seen.

"The idea is to have your arms outstretched and perform jumps. Now, you have to have fun and try to create small dynamics. You can say to yourself, for example, 'I'm going to work on a 20-second format of effort, 10 seconds of break' and you do the format for for example four minutes", advises Akim Ben Mzakar.

And in case the suitcase is already overflowing, playing sports on vacation sometimes does not require any equipment.

"Everything is an excuse to play sports: a bench, steps, the sea. You can also do sprint phases on the sand (...) so you really have everything to work on", points out the columnist.

Now, there is only.
