"The Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques": "Arafat Sermon" in 14 languages and 200 million beneficiaries around the world
The General President of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, announced the success of the project of simultaneous translation of the sermon of Arafa in fourteen international languages and achieving more than 200 million beneficiaries around the world, for the first time in the history of the project.
Sheikh Al-Sudais said that the presidency has cooperated with the Program for Serving the Guests of Rahman and the General Authority for Endowments, to increase the number of languages this year to reach 14 international languages, which are "English - French - Malay - Urdu - Persian - Russian - Chinese - Bengali - Turkish - Hausa - Spanish - Swahili - Tamil - Hindi.
Al-Sudais added that the broadcast was carried out through the “Manarat Al-Haramain” platform and application with success, indicating that the project this year exceeded the number of beneficiaries of more than 200 million beneficiaries around the world.
The presidency broadcast the sermon on the Day of Arafa through the “Manarat Al-Haramain” platform and application, and through the radio broadcast frequencies of the Holy Sites, using the latest broadcasting devices that transmit these frequencies from the vicinity of the Grand Mosque to the whole world.
