6:47 am: Evacuations continue in Sloviansk

Civilians continued to evacuate the bombed city of Sloviansk in eastern Ukraine on Wednesday.

According to him, “the Russians cannot approach” Sloviansk or “encircle” it, because they are blocked by Ukrainian soldiers about forty kilometers away.

6:33 a.m .: Lithuania to send combat drone to Ukraine

Lithuania on Wednesday exhibited a Turkish combat drone it is preparing to send to Ukraine to help fight Russia.

The Lithuanians collected 5.9 million euros in three and a half days during a public quest to buy this Turkish military drone TB2 for Ukraine, before the manufacturer Bayraktar announced that it was offering it.

Staff from the Russian representation in Strasbourg were due to board a Russian flight yesterday and leave French territory a little over three months after Moscow was expelled from the Council of Europe, the Quai d'Orsay said.
