Sharjah Police is ready by land, air and sea

The Sharjah Police General Command has completed its readiness to receive the blessed Eid Al-Adha with an integrated security and traffic plan by land, air and sea, with the aim of strengthening comprehensive preventive and security measures at the emirate level to ensure the achievement of security and safety for members of society.

The Director General of Central Operations, Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al-Naour, stressed the full preparations to receive the Eid, pointing to the readiness of the central operations room to deal with various communications and general inquiries received from the public around the clock.

He added that the security plan included coordination with the General Administration of Security Support and the Air Wing Department to provide air patrols with the aim of security support by monitoring traffic, enhancing security and safety, and coordinating with the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority to conduct maritime patrols on the emirate's beaches to maintain the security and safety of beachgoers.

In addition, the Director of the Traffic Awareness and Media Branch, Captain Saud Al Shaiba, said that the Sharjah Police was keen to intensify traffic patrols to run them in all areas and main streets, to regulate traffic in all squares and squares surrounding mosques and chapels, while the focus will be on traffic and traffic during evening periods in Residential and commercial areas in order to maintain calm, flow and order in general.
