It was on 17 February that several shots were fired on S: t Persgatan in central Norrköping.

The incident occurred in the vicinity of an activity that has strong links to organized crime and the so-called Norrköping network, where several are now serving life sentences for the murder in the Ingelsta area in 2020.

Shots were fired at three people and a man was hit in the thigh in connection with the incident - according to the district court's assessment, it was a pure coincidence that the victim survived without life-threatening injuries.

Norrköping District Court sentences the 31-year-old to 10 years in prison for attempted murder and two cases of serious unlawful threats.

He must also pay damages to the shot man and the two other men of just over SEK 200,000 in total.
