Arla: "We are happy that it is over now"

- To begin with, we think it is sad that this issue even needed to be decided in court.

We just want our things, we would have liked to have seen a smoother and faster solution, but we are of course happy now that the court has had its say and that the issue has been decided and that we can finally get our equipment back, says Ylva Nykvist, General Counsel at Arla .

Ylva Nykvist admits that the deal could have been made clearer from the start, but that Arla's side has always seen it as right, which now the district court also judges them to have.

Now they are looking forward to getting their inventory back and putting this story aside.

- We are pleased that it has been resolved.
