"Integrated Transport" announces the period of free services for "Mawaqif and Darb" during Eid Al-Adha

The Integrated Transport Center in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, announced the working hours of the Customer Happiness Centers, the hours of application of parking fees, the "Darb" system for traffic tariffs, and the working hours of public transport buses, during the Eid al-Adha holiday for the year 1443 AH (2022).


The center clarified that the customer happiness centers throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will be closed during the holiday, starting from tomorrow, Friday, until the resumption of official working hours next Tuesday, calling on customers to continue to obtain the services of the center through the digital platforms available on its website www.itc.gov .ae, and the “Darb” and “Darbi” applications for smartphones, and by contacting the Service Support Center of the Department of Municipalities and Transport on the toll-free number 800850, and the taxi service call center 600535353, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


 The Center indicated that the surface parking service fees will be free from Friday until 7:59 am next Tuesday, and the parking fees in the truck parking yard in Mussafah M-18 will be free during the official Eid holiday.


The Integrated Transport Center noted the need not to park in prohibited places, not to impede the movement of vehicles, and to stop properly in the places designated for parking, as well as not to stop in the places designated for residents from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am.


 The Integrated Transport Center also announced that the Darb toll system fees will be free during the holiday, starting from Friday, and that the calculation of those fees will resume next Tuesday in the normal peak hours, which is from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning period, and from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening.


 With regard to public transport bus services in the emirate during the Eid Al-Adha holiday, the center stated that public bus transport services will operate according to the usual schedule, with an increase of 5 buses for suburban services, which will operate during the evening rush hours between 4 pm to 12 am in order to increase the number of trips and facilitate The movement of users of these services. In addition, coordination has been made with bus service operators in the private sector in the emirate to increase the number of service trips across cities in proportion to the expected demand for these services.
