Volodin: US should compensate losses to countries affected by pandemic

Volodin noted that the consequences of the coronavirus were millions of sick and dead, there was a global economic crisis.

He noted that "Washington needs to be held accountable" for this.

“To all states affected by the pandemic, the United States is obliged to compensate for the losses incurred,” Volodin wrote on Telegram.

The speaker of the State Duma also said that the US military biological development should be stopped and declassified.
