“Russia and the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) will develop cooperation in the field of education and science,” the message on the website of the Russian government says.
The agreement will reduce administrative barriers in the field of recognition of education, qualifications and academic degrees.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Education of Russia Denis Gribov said that Donbass is in favor of the introduction of the Russian education system.
