The ruler of Ras Al Khaimah orders the release of 251 inmates of correctional facilities on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha

 His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, ordered the pardon of 251 inmates of correctional and penal facilities who were subjected to various sentences, on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha. His Highness' interest in this category and enabling them to practice their lives with their families on this happy occasion, based on the deeply rooted values ​​of forgiveness and tolerance in the UAE society.


The matter came following a vigorous follow-up by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Chairman of the Judicial Council, who assigned the Amnesty Committee to prepare pardon lists and coordinate with the Public Prosecution Department in the Emirate and the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police in this regard, and urged everyone to ensure the achievement of the initiative. His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah for its lofty goals, in making the inmates happy and rehabilitating them to return to their families and society as productive individuals.
