The LPR said that the Belarusian nationalist Marchuk was liquidated near Lisichansk

This was reported to RIA Novosti by Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko.

“Information has been confirmed that a large group of nationalists has been eliminated in the Lisichansk region, including the Belarusian nationalist Ivan Marchuk with the call sign Brest,” Marochko said.

Marchuk was a member of the Belarusian volunteer battalion named after Kalinovsky, formed in March 2022 and operating on the side of Ukraine.

In Belarus, a criminal case has been opened against its participants.

Earlier it was reported that the commanders of the nationalist battalion "Azov" Denis Prokopenko and Svyatoslav Palamar are being held in Russia.
