According to Peskov, on the contrary, an absolute intention is declared to further expand interaction between countries and joint responses to challenges coming from abroad.
“So far, this is what we are proceeding from,” the Kremlin said.
Peskov added that the Russian and Kazakh governments are in constant contact.
He also confirmed that Kazakhstan remains a friendly country for Russia.
At the end of May, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin declared the importance of cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
In his opinion, the interaction of the two countries is of particular importance in the context of anti-Russian sanctions.
